Scholarships and Awards
School Principal Nomination Scholarship for Freshman Admission
The scholarship will be awarded to newly admitted students who have fulfilled the HKDSE 33222 or 22222 requirements for the bachelor degree programmes and higher diploma programme respectively of the College, AND have received a Nomination Letter from their School Principal *. ( 30 awards per year, first come first served)
*Each principal may recommend up to five students to receive the Scholarship.
Academic Merit Award
Students who have an academic year Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.5 or above will be eligible for this award.
Academic Excellence Award
Students who have an academic year Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0-3.49 will be eligible for this award.
Other Awards and Sponsorships
To encourage and recognize students with academic and/or non-academic achievements, the College offers different types of scholarships and support funds to students.

Ms. Hui King Siu (Year 4, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Chinese) and Mr. Wong Chi Yui (Year 3, Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Accounting) participated in “The 24th Hong Kong Schools Couplet Writing Competition(2020)” organized by The Cultural and Educational Association of the new Towns, won the Championship and Merit Award respectively in the University and College categories. |
May 2017 |
Ms. Wu Yeung Lin (Year 4, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Chinese) participated in “The 21st Hong Kong Schools Couplet Writing Competition (2017)" organized by The Cultural and Educational Association of the new Towns, won the First Runner-up in the University and College categories. |
May 2016 |
Ms. Wu Yeung Lin (Year 3, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Chinese) and Mr. Au Man Yung (Year 4, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Chinese) participated in " The 20th Hong Kong Schools Couplet Writing Competition (2016)" organized by The Cultural and Educational Association of the new Towns, won the Second Runner-up and Special Prize respectively in the University and College categories. |

Mr. Tseng Hin Chau (Year 4, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Chinese) participated in “The 27th Chinese Poetry Writing Competition in 2017" organized by The Cultural and Educational Association of the new Towns, won the Merit Award in the University and College categories. |

Mr. Tseng Hin Chau (Year 4, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Chinese) participated in “ The 67th Hong Kong Speech Festival” , Poetry and Prose Individual Speech– Cantonese – Open Group (University and College) organized by Hong Kong Schools Music and Speech Association, won the First Runner-up. |

Ms. Wong Yee Kwan (Year 3, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Chinese) participated in “The 19th Hong Kong Schools Couplet Writing Competition (2015)" organized by The Cultural and Educational Association of the new Towns, won the Second Runner-up in the University and College categories. |
External Scholarship
May 2016 |
Ms. Leung King Chi (Year 1, Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Accounting) won the "The Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors Charitable Trust Scholarship". The scholarship is awarded to local full-time students in recognition of their outstanding academic performance. |
