Introduction︰

Skills in question setting and how to apply to meet different learning objectives.
 

Lesson 1 Assessment methods (1)	What are the common assessment methods and what aspects of learning they can help to assess? (a) Essay (b) objective tests (c) portfolio (d) report
Lesson 2 Assessment methods (2)	What are the common assessment methods and what aspects of learning they can help to assess? (e) class participation (f) group work (g) oral presentation (h) video production (i) concept map (j) simulation (k) poster
Lesson 3 More on Objective tests (Short-answer and Multiple choices questions)	What is an objective test? What can be assessed? How to design and write (a) short answer question (b) multiple choices question How to check the reliability and validity of a test? What are the benefits, challenges and workload on teachers and students?
Lesson 4	Criteria for selecting an appropriate assessment method for learning enhancement
