 SPSS Endeavour Scholarship (EDS)
- Guidelines to Applicants 2023/24
Objectives
The award is to give recognition to deserving post-secondary students with Special Educational Needs (SEN*) in the pursuit of excellence in academic and other areas.
Eligibility
Students with SEN, who are currently studying at all levels/years of the sub-degree and undergraduate programmes at the College with satisfactory academic attainment
Criteria for Assessment
The assessment criteria are as follows:
- Students with SEN
- Achieve satisfactory academic attainment
For first year students:
the academic result during secondary / post-secondary education, including public examinations
For students at second year or above:
achieve at least a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.5 out of 4.0.

Academic transcript, medical proof/ school document
Scholarship Amount
Bachelor Degree and Higher Diploma Student:
• HK$15,000 for each student
Remarks
*SEN includes specific learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder, physical disability, visual impairment, hearing impairment, speech and language impairment, and others.
